Our refund policy applies to all educational programs, courses, and learning materials purchased through our platform. The eligibility and amount of your refund depends on several factors, including timing, course completion status, and specific circumstances.

This policy was last updated in January 2025 and reflects our commitment to fair treatment of all students while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.

Early Withdrawal

Students who withdraw within the first 14 days of program enrollment may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative processing fees.

Partial Completion

If you've completed less than 25% of your enrolled program, you may qualify for a partial refund based on unused course materials and sessions.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, job loss, or other documented hardships may qualify for special consideration under our compassionate refund review process.

Program Cancellation

If IntelliNexusPro cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, all students receive full refunds within 10 business days.

We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what you need to do and what you can expect at each step.

Submit Your Request

Email help@intellinexuspro.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the refund request. Attach any supporting documentation if applicable.

Initial Review (3-5 Business Days)

Our student services team will review your request and confirm receipt within 24 hours. We'll verify your enrollment status and assess eligibility based on our policy guidelines.

Documentation Review

If additional information is needed, we'll contact you within 5 business days. This might include proof of special circumstances or clarification about your situation.

Decision Notification

You'll receive our decision via email within 10 business days of submitting your complete request. This will include the refund amount (if approved) and processing timeline.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.

Refund Amounts and Calculations

Refund amounts vary based on several factors. We calculate refunds fairly, considering both the value you've received and our operational costs.

  • First 14 Days: 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies)
  • 15-30 Days: 75% refund for unused portions of the program
  • 31-60 Days: 50% refund for unused portions, subject to completion percentage
  • After 60 Days: Refunds considered only for exceptional circumstances
  • Completed Modules: No refund available for fully accessed content and completed sessions

Digital materials that have been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable, as we cannot retrieve this content once it's been delivered to students.

Important Refund Limitations

Certain situations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Programs completed beyond 75% of total content
  • Violations of our student code of conduct or terms of service
  • Requests made more than 90 days after program completion
  • Bundle packages where individual components have been fully accessed
  • Specialized one-on-one coaching sessions that have been delivered

Additionally, payment processing fees charged by third-party processors are typically non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.

Payment Method Considerations

The method of your refund depends on how you originally paid for your program. We work to make this process as convenient as possible.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds return to your original card within 5-10 business days. If your card has expired, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative method.

Bank Transfers: Direct refunds to your original account typically take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Third-Party Processors: Payments made through services like PayPal follow their standard refund timelines and policies.

Corporate Payments: Refunds for company-sponsored enrollments may require additional authorization and take 10-15 business days.

Sometimes a refund isn't the best solution. We offer several alternatives that might better serve your needs:

  • Extended Access: Get additional time to complete your current program

This refund policy is effective as of January 15, 2025, and applies to all enrollments processed after this date. Previous enrollments may be subject to the refund policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
